2025 Insulation rebates

Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes: If you pay your gas utility bill to CenterPoint Energy, you may qualify for the following rebates:

• Attic air sealing only- $750
• Attic air sealing + qualifying attic insulation- $1,300
• Qualifying wall insulation- $1,500
• Rim joist insulation- $200 only as an add-on with one of the measures above

Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes: If you pay your gas utility bill to Xcel Energy, you may qualify for the following rebates:

• Air sealing- 40% of project cost up to $600
• Attic insulation- 40% of project cost up to $1,200
• Wall Insulation- 40% of project cost up to $1,200

Minnesota energy resources

Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes: If you pay your gas utility bill to Minnesota Energy Resources, you may qualify for the following rebates:

• Sidewall insulation- $750
• Foundation/rim joist insulation- $425
• Floor above unconditioned space and cantilevers- $200
• Air sealing only- $300
• Air sealing and attic insulation- $650
