Insulation Rebates in Minnesota

Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes:
If you pay your gas utility bill to Xcel Energy, you may qualify for the following rebates:
  • Air Sealing* & Attic Insulation - 30% of total cost up to $300
  • Air Sealing* & Wall Insulation - 30% of total cost up to $300*Insulation projects must include air sealing. Total air sealing rebate is limited to $150 per year.

Xcel Energy Rebates
If you pay your gas utility bill to CenterPoint Energy, you may qualify for the following rebates:
  • Attic Air Sealing only - $750 
  • Attic Air Sealing + Qualifying Attic Insulation - $1300 
  • Attic Insulation only - No rebate available
  • Qualifying Wall Insulation - $1500
  • Rim Joist Insulation - $200 only as an add-on with of of the measures above

Insulation with Spray Foam — Annandale, MN — Peak Spray Foam
If you pay your gas utility bill to Minnesota Energy Resources, you may qualify for the following rebates:

 
• Air Sealing & Attic Insulation -  50% of total cost up to $650
• Wall Insulation - 30% of total cost up to $425 (walls must have no pre-existing insulation)
