Wayne is the President of Peak Spray Foam, bringing 14 years of industry expertise to the table. Over the past four years, he has spearheaded initiatives that have not only elevated the company's reputation but also set new standards within the industry. His ability to connect with clients on a personal level has fostered trust and loyalty, driving Peak's success in a competitive market. Outside of work, he cherishes family time, enjoys hunting, pontoon relaxation, and firing up the grill.
Brian Arndt
Brian is a Project Manager/Estimator at Peak, bringing over 10 years of industry experience. In his 2 years with the company, he thrives on problem-solving, witnessing projects come to fruition, and embracing the fast-paced environment. Outside of work, he spends time with his family and friends, enjoys camping, and relishes the art of grilling.
Emma Dearing
Emma is Peak's Office Manager, bringing one year of dedicated experience to both the company and the industry. She takes joy in the varied tasks of her position and thrives on the vibrant team atmosphere. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with loved ones, hunting and fishing, relaxing by the lake, spending time with her black lab, Kennie, and reading.
Craig harding
Craig is an accomplished Lead Spray Foam Technician at Peak, bringing over a decade of expertise to the industry and two years of dedicated service to our team. Craig thrives on leading and mentoring his colleagues, ensuring high-quality results and contributing to energy efficiency initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys working on his project car and spending time with friends and family.
Colin dearing
Colin is an experienced Spray Foam Technician and a dedicated member of the Peak team for four years. With the same duration in the industry, Colin thrives on the hands-on application process, finding fulfillment in contributing to energy efficiency. He's always eager to learn about new products and techniques, keeping him at the forefront of his field. Outside of work, you'll find Colin goose hunting, spending time with his friends and family, and enjoying fishing trips.
Matt Dearing
Matt is a Spray Foam Technician at Peak, boasting four years of tenure both with the company and in the industry. He finds fulfillment in the hands-on nature of his work, relishing the immediate results as foam expands and hardens. Matt is always eager to absorb new knowledge about products, techniques, and safety protocols. Outside of work, he's an avid dirt biker, snowmobiler, and truck enthusiast who enjoys moments spent with loved ones and hunting or fishing.

Trace is a dedicated insulation laborer known for his hard work and attention to detail. When he's not on the job, you can find him hunting, fishing, or mudding, and he loves spending time with friends. Trace’s strong work ethic and passion for the outdoors make him a valued member of our team.
Chance koopman
Chance is a dedicated insulation laborer at Peak Spray Foam, excelling in the fast-paced work environment with his strong work ethic. Outside of work, he enjoys building and customizing trucks and cars. He also serves in the National Guard, where his commitment and discipline are evident.
COlby Dircks
Colby is a committed part-time insulation laborer who consistently goes above and beyond to complete tasks efficiently. As a high school senior, he balances his work with his studies and enjoys an active lifestyle. In his free time, Colby loves hunting, fishing, and riding jet skis, as well as spending time with friends and family.
