Our crew brings real-world experience, industry training, and a strong work ethic to every project. From experienced spray foam installers to team members newer to the trade, everyone here is committed to doing the job right and holding the standard we’ve built our reputation on.
We work on residential, commercial, and agricultural projects throughout Wright County, Stearns County, and beyond, delivering insulation solutions that are built to last in Minnesota’s climate.

Wayne dearing
PRESIDENT
Wayne is the President of Peak Spray Foam and brings 17 years of hands-on experience in the insulation industry. Over the past five years, he’s helped grow Peak by focusing on quality work, strong relationships, and doing right by every customer. Wayne enjoys working directly with clients and believes trust is built through clear communication and follow-through. Outside of work, he values time with his family, enjoys hunting, relaxing on the pontoon, and firing up the grill.
Brian Arndt
Project Manager
Brian is a Project Manager and Estimator at Peak with over 11 years of experience in the industry. In his three years with the company, he’s become a key part of the team, enjoying the problem-solving that comes with each project and seeing jobs through from start to finish. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and perfecting his grilling skills.
Emma Dearing
Office Manager
Emma is Peak’s Office Manager and has been with the company for two years. She enjoys the variety that comes with her role and appreciates being part of a fast-paced, supportive team. Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with family and friends, hunting and fishing, relaxing at the lake, hanging out with her black lab, Kennie, and reading.
COLIN DEARING
Lead Master Installer
Colin is an experienced Spray Foam Technician and has been a valued member of the Peak team for 6 years. He enjoys the hands-on nature of his work and takes pride in helping improve energy efficiency on every project. Always eager to learn, Colin stays up to date on new products and techniques in the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys goose hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
Matt dearing
Master Installer
Matt is a Spray Foam Technician at Peak and has been in the industry for 5 years. He thrives on the hands-on work, enjoying the immediate results of each project. Matt is always looking to learn new techniques, products, and safety practices. When he’s not working, he enjoys dirt biking, snowmobiling, trucks, hunting, fishing, and time with family and friends.
Aidan Johnson
Master Installer
Aidan is a hardworking spray foam technician who brings dedication and a team-focused mindset to every project. He takes pride in delivering great results and contributing to the success of the Peak team. Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending his free time fishing, hitting the golf course, and making memories with his friends and family.
Caleb Smith
Insulation Laborer
Caleb is an insulation laborer who’s always ready to work and help where needed. Known for his strong work ethic and dependable attitude, he plays an important role on the crew. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, or spending time with friends and family.
Billy Bilben
Insulation Assistant
Billy works as an insulation laborer and is known for his reliability and willingness to put in the work. He stays focused on the job and takes pride in contributing to the team’s success. In his free time, Billy enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Mason Krebs
Insulation Assistant
Mason is an insulation laborer who brings a focused, hardworking approach to every job. He’s reliable, pays attention to detail, and helps ensure projects are completed efficiently. Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying busy outdoors.
Keaton Adams
Shop hand
Keaton helps out around the shop—washing the rigs, mowing lawns, and lending a hand to the crew wherever he’s needed. He’s ambitious, hardworking, and a true asset to our team. Outside of work, Keaton enjoys spending his time hunting and fishing.
